BehPardakht Mellat Building is located in Dibaji Street, which is being renovated, and until this date, 3 floors of this 8storey project have been renovated, all of them with 1 to 4-Gangs Lexit light switches, as well as Lexit thermostatic switches and a 10-inch touch panel for each floor.

Each floor is about 250m2 and is being smart by 40 lexit smart switches.
